Seller Captain provides digital and professional ecommerce services including marketplace management, account management, product listing, SEO optimization, advertising management, website development, and consulting services.

Since our services are digital and customized in nature, they may not be eligible for returns once work has commenced.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer.
  • Payment processed successfully but service could not be initiated due to technical issues.
  • Refund approved by Seller Captain management after review.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

  • Marketplace account setup and management.
  • Product listing and catalog services.
  • Advertising campaign setup and optimization.
  • SEO services and digital marketing activities.
  • Website development and customization.
  • Consultation and strategy sessions.
  • Completed or partially delivered services.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before the commencement of service delivery. Once the project or service has started, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used by the customer. Refund processing may take approximately 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

6. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact Seller Captain before initiating any chargeback requests. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Changes to this Policy

Seller Captain reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be posted on this page.
